Bartra has secured this site on Poplar Row, comprising 0.14ha/0.35acres, zoned Z4 (District Centre) with the Objective: “to provide for mixed-services facilities”. Residential is a permissible use within this zoning.

The site is located approx. 750m from Clontarf Dart Station and c. 1km from Connolly Station and the Luas line at Connolly. Additionally, a number of QBC routes pass immediately by the site on North Strand Road.

The area is within the 500m catchment of Electoral Districts defined by DCC as having “5000+ workers” and is therefore eminently suitable for high density residential development.

Bartra has commenced the design development process and intend pursuing a planning application for c. 34 social housing apartments over 5/6 storeys on the site.
